Who owns the Intellectual Property?
You own the intellectual property.. The interns and developers will deploy the solution on your server or in private git repo.. The confidentiality cannot be assured since on one big open floor there are 70 developers working and they will discuss issues and solutions
What about technical quality of developers?
Dharmsinh Desai Univeristy is one of the best rated Universities of India. You may check on LinkedIn on DDU Alumni. Today almost all large tech companies including likes of Amazon hire DDU Students via campus interviews.
How do we deal with time zone issues?
Interns will work till 9:00 AM EST so you will need to start early if you want to assign tasks and get status reports. Jr. and Sr. Developers can work late i.e upto noon EST or in North American Time Zone depending on your mutual arrangements.
What if we want to hire resources directly?
These are your resources. You are free to hire them and move them to your offices anywhere in the world or you may also engage them to work directly with you from their homes. You will need handle payroll and regulations and set your own policies
Who will project manage them?
These are your resources and will directly report to you. We will however ensure that all resources accurately report their time and turn in their status reports to you on regular basis. The output and delivery quality is based on the resources own experience and your mentiorship.
What about disciplinary actions?
Attitude, Aptitude and Skills, all are important for any professional. While quality of deliverable will be your responsibility, our floor supervisor are very seasoned entrepreneurs and will report to you on behaviorial aspects of every resoruce working on project and if needed will take appropriate disciplinary actions under your direction
